SemMap is an independent student project, not officially affiliated with NIAT.

What we store

• Your name, email, phone number and NIAT ID, so we can set up your account and send exam emails you signed up for.
• Your semester and registration order (used for the “first 300” offer).
• If you add an AI API key: the key, encrypted (AES-256-GCM). We never show it back to you or anyone else, and we don’t store your AI chats.

Who can see it

Only you and the SemMap admin. Other students can’t see your details. Phone numbers from the student list are shown masked during sign-up.

Deleting your account

You can ask to delete your account at any time. You’re signed out everywhere immediately and your data is removed within 7 days.
